Canadian music legend Colin James announces today that he will be hitting the road again in 2025 with tour dates nationwide in support of his latest album, Chasing The Sun. Produced by Live Nation Canada, the newly announced 18 date run kicks off on February 7 in Ottawa at National Arts Centre Southam Hall, with stops in Kingston, London and Toronto, before heading West for shows in Calgary and Vancouver, and wrapping up in Nanaimo, BC. Fellow Canadian singer/songwriter Terra Lightfoot will join as support on all dates.
This past August, James released Chasing The Sun, his 21st studio album. Featuring the kind of towering musical guests typically found on the other side of velvet ropes, and co-produced by Colin Linden, the 11-song collection features guest artists Americana icon Lucinda Williams, bassist Darryl Jones and drummer Charley Drayton (who have backed Miles Davis and The Rolling Stones) plus American harmonica ace Charlie Musselwhite and gospel greats Ann and Regina McCrary.
