They go into a limited-edition print shop, and every print sold pays the artist a royalty. Hire me for your show, and the photos from that night keep earning for you for years.
Concert Photography
Book me for your show and you get the same thing any working concert photographer gives you: 20+ fully edited high-res photos delivered the next morning, full commercial usage rights, ready for press, social, and your archive. Standard professional concert photography.
Here’s where it stops being standard. The strongest frames from the shoot become signed, hand-numbered metallic prints in the SCENE IN THE DARK print shop - strictly limited editions, $269 each, sold direct-to-fan from sceneinthedark.com/shop. When an edition closes, it doesn’t reopen.
You get your own affiliate code. Every print of you that sells through that code pays you a 10% royalty. To put real numbers on it: a 13-photo set with editions of ~100 prints at $269 each has a theoretical royalty ceiling around $34,000 to you. Edition sizes vary by collection. Most editions won’t sell out - but even a modest 25% sell-through over a few years is several thousand dollars in passive income from a night you’d already played.
This is the only outlet where you, the artist, actually make money off concert photography taken of you at your own show. Everywhere else in the industry, the photographer keeps 100% and you get tagged on Instagram. Here, you keep getting paid every time a fan buys a print of your show.

Portraits and backstage coverage built on 16+ years of access. The dressing room, the green room, the moments before the band walks on, the wind-down after. I’ve been welcomed into those rooms for so long because everyone there knows the photos will be good, fast, and never weird about the people in them.
Hire me for a portrait session, a backstage day, a tour stop, a press junket, an EPK refresh, or a band-photo overhaul. Same fish-eye-close style as the pit work when the room calls for it, or a calmer setup when you want a frame you’d hang on a wall. Same print-royalty program applies to portraits used in the print shop: when a fan buys a print, you earn 10%.
